USTS's unique approach to train-the-trainer program is a four-step process that comprises of:

Purpose and Assessment are about understanding why the training is needed and how it connects to the organization and this is done through a needs assessment.

Planning and Preparation allow trainers to ensure that they have a full grasp of the material they are covering during the course and having this depth of knowledge will inspire confidence from the participants. This step also means understanding the flow of the program and activities planned for the course.

Presentation and Facilitation are about improving the training techniques. It demonstrates adult learning techniques, approach to multi-cultural learners, facilitating in a hybrid environment, engaging and energizing learners, etc.

Performance and Evaluation is for measuring performance and success and benefiting from evaluation and feedback.
